The Runaways Tribute Event at The Workshop
With the resounding success of The Runaways, be ready to be rocked to the core by LA based grunge star, Dirty Harry, hosting The Runaways tribute night, taking place Friday 22nd October.
Dirty Harry is the one of the few remaining genuine rock n roll stars amongst a mass of international musiciains, having played with rock legends from Motley Crϋe’s Tommy Lee to Cradle of Filth and the more recent Pete Doherty; being awarded the legendary accolade of (clothed) Playboy Babe of the year, and being photographed by the renowned rock snapper Mick Rock. Playing alongside the famous Dirty Harry, the night will also showcase talent from bands like Robots in Disguise (Dee Plume DJ), The Council, Cold in Berlin and Loading Data.
The Workshop is a new Micro Club and live music venue opening downstairs at Roadtrip Bar and Diner in Shoreditch.
The newest addition to Paul Daly Venues, The Workshop’s 150 capacity space, live stage and DJ / Sound booth hosting everything from record launches and comedy stand up to one off parties and high octane club nights. With a late licence and a laid back speakeasy feel, this will be a secret underground hotspot for music lovers, party boys and good time girls in the know.
Opening Times: Open 7 Days a Week – 7.30PM – 3.30AM. www.theworkshophoxton.com
